Sanitary Product Distribution

Sanitary Product Distribution is an important initiative of Giants Welfare Foundation, Chaibasa Branch, aimed at promoting menstrual hygiene, health, and dignity among women and adolescent girls. Many individuals in underserved communities lack access to safe and affordable sanitary products, which can negatively impact their health, education, and confidence.

Through this initiative, we distribute hygienic sanitary napkins and essential menstrual care products to women and girls in Chaibasa and nearby regions of Jharkhand. Along with distribution, we conduct awareness sessions to educate beneficiaries about menstrual hygiene, healthy practices, and breaking social taboos associated with menstruation.

Our focus is on supporting school-going girls, women from low-income families, and rural communities—helping reduce health risks and absenteeism while promoting confidence and well-being.

Community Hygiene Support Initiative

Giants Group of Chaibasa Saheli organized a hygiene support initiative at Sadar Hospital, Chaibasa.
Sanitary napkins and undergarments were distributed to caretakers of malnourished children to promote hygiene, health, and dignity.
